Advanced cloud save help when profiles fail to sync through the TF2Hacks operator portal.

Cloud saves are an Advanced perk. Standard basic setup does not include the multi-profile library. Login errors on Standard may be expected.

Portal steps

Sign into the operator portal linked from your purchase email.
Confirm Advanced license active, not an expired monthly plan.
Save locally, then push profile. Retry after loader patch notes mention portal fixes.

Export `.cfg` backup locally before support resets your slot. VAC risk remains if you run outdated modules online.
